Founded in May of 2008, The CBC is a project that to date has observed Charity Focus, principles, gifting construction projects to organizations and individuals in need. This project is one of many such projects created by people giving our time to whatever inspires us, including such things as naturopathic medicine, film making, and stone masonry.

- We don't ask for anything for our services.

Hello Janell,
Our organization puts building skills to use on a volunteer basis with the intention of building community. We've used local materials when we could, such as on the stone circle project you can see at the website.
Our goal is to establish a network of people who will come together to help each other build their homes and places of education, bringing community together in the creation of families, educating youth, and doing it in a way that is affordable and more sustainable than conventional means.

Expenses
The costs of our projects are paid for by the gifts of people who are inspired by what we do. Sometimes people ask if we get enough donations... but we don't worry about that - we just appreciate what we have and things seem to work themselves out;)
